Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrots sliced
  • 3 cups cooked rice
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • green onions chopped

Equipment

  • large skillet
  • serving bowls

Method

Step 1
  1. Cook the sliced beef sirloin in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
Step 2
  1. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sliced carrots, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Step 3
  1. Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables, pour in the teriyaki sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and coat the beef and vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef in a small amount of teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to your preference, and serve immediately for the best taste.
