Prepare the Chicken
- Combine the chicken strips with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Make the Tzatziki Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt.
- Refrigerate the tzatziki sauce until ready to serve.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and lightly browned.
Assemble the Gyros
- Warm the pita bread according to package instructions.
- Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on each warm pita.
- Fill with cooked chicken, sliced tomato, red onion, shredded lettuce, and crumbled feta cheese if desired.
- Fold or roll up the pita to create your chicken gyros.
