  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Melted unsalted butter
Cheesecake Filling
  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
Strawberry Topping
  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Equipment

Method
 

Crust
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
Cheesecake Filling
  1. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and flour.
Bake Cheesecake
  1. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set; cool completely before chilling.
Strawberry Topping
  1. In a saucepan, simmer sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until the strawberries soften and the sauce thickens slightly.
