  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • salsa for serving
  • sour cream for serving
  • lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Toss the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the fajita seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the same skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables and stir to combine.
  6. Warm the flour tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in warm tortillas with salsa, sour cream, and lime wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in fajita seasoning and lime juice for at least 30 minutes before cooking. You can also add a pinch of chili powder or cumin to the seasoning for more depth. Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings like guacamole, cheese, or cilantro.
