Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter

  • Large mixing bowl

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. Add peanut butter and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick, uniform mixture forms.
Assembly and Chilling
  1. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
