Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add peanut butter and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick, uniform mixture forms.
Assembly and Chilling
- Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
