Preparation

- Gradually whisk in the turkey drippings and broth, ensuring there are no lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly, and cook until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency, about 5-7 minutes.

- Season the gravy with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of white wine or sherry to the gravy while simmering. If the gravy is too thick, add a little more broth. If it's too thin, simmer for a few more minutes or mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water and whisk it into the gravy.
