- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

- Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture onto hamburger buns and serve warm.
