Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 0.5 cup pecans, chopped
Topping
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces whipped topping

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, drained crushed pineapple, chopped apple, chopped celery, and chopped pecans. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and light.
Assembly
  1. Pour the cranberry mixture into a serving dish. Spread the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture evenly over the top of the cranberry salad. Serve immediately or chill for later enjoyment.

Notes

For best results, chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. You can also toast the pecans for added flavor and crunch.
