  • 225 g High-protein pasta
  • 1.5 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup cucumber, diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp dried dill
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Preparation
  1. Cook the high-protein pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool, setting it aside.

Assembly
  1. Combine the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.

Notes
