Preparation
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
