  • 10 count Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

Steps
  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Place one flour tortilla in the hot pan, then sprinkle generously with both Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses.
  3. Cover the cheese with a second tortilla; cook for 2-3 minutes per side until each side is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Carefully remove the cooked quesadilla from the pan and let it rest on a cutting board for a minute before slicing into wedges.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and cheese, adding more olive oil to the pan as needed.

Notes

Serve quesadillas immediately with your favorite toppings like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream. For added flavor, you can sauté chopped onions or bell peppers and add them with the cheese.
