  • 10 ounces frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic; mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and the squeezed-dry spinach until they are evenly distributed.
  4. Carefully spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and a bit of extra Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until it's bubbly and the cheese on top is beautifully golden brown.
  6. Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving it warm with your favorite tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dip. You can also prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it. Just add an extra 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
