  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, then drain them well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen peas.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  3. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the crushed potato chips over the casserole for a crispy topping.

  1. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it stand for a few minutes before serving warm.
