Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  2. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven and evenly distribute jalapeños over the chips.
  4. Serve immediately with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on the side or spooned directly over the nachos.
  5. For an extra kick, add some seasoned ground beef or black beans before baking.

For crispier nachos, ensure the chips are in a single layer. You can customize toppings with ground beef, chicken, or beans.
