  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, ensuring not to overcrowd them.
  3. Grill the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred.
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
