For the Salad
  • 15 oz canned pineapple chunks drained
  • 15 oz mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 cups red grapes halved
  • 2 cups green grapes halved
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, drained mandarin oranges, red grapes, and green grapes.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream and thawed whipped topping until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the sour cream mixture into the fruit mixture until all the fruit is evenly coated.
  4. Add the mini marshmallows and gently fold them into the salad.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Ambrosia Salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can add shredded coconut or chopped nuts to the salad. Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding a tablespoon of sugar to the sour cream mixture if desired.
