  • 12 pieces Large Mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb Spicy Italian Sausage
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
For Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 12 pieces Large Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, chopped
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Classic Herb and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Gently clean mushrooms, remove stems, and finely chop the stems.
  2. Sauté chopped mushroom stems with onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Mix sautéed mixture with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill mushroom caps with the stuffing mixture and bake until golden brown and tender.
Spicy Sausage and Pepper Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and finely chop the stems.
  2. Cook bulk spicy sausage, breaking it up as it browns, then drain excess fat.
