Preparation
  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips; also slice the bell peppers and onion.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak to the hot pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned, then remove it.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the same pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the steak to the pan, sprinkle with fajita seasoning, and squeeze fresh lime juice over everything.
  5. Toss well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and coated.

  1. Serve the fajita mixture immediately with warm tortillas and your preferred toppings like salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.

Notes
