Preparation
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure even cooking and better browning.
- For each recipe, combine all marinade ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts into their respective marinades, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
- Cover the bowls and refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or for best flavor, 2-4 hours.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, then lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Place the marinated chicken on the hot grill, cooking for 6-8 minutes per side.
- Continue grilling until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, reserve a small amount of marinade before adding chicken to use as a basting sauce during grilling. Ensure proper food safety by not using marinade that has touched raw chicken as a serving sauce unless it has been boiled.
