  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and arrange the trimmed asparagus around them.
  2. Drizzle half of the herb mixture over the salmon fillets and the remaining half over the asparagus, ensuring everything is well coated.
  3. Top each salmon fillet with a few lemon slices.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
Serving
  1. Carefully transfer the baked salmon and asparagus to plates, discarding the used lemon slices.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy summer meal.
