Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them. For a richer flavor, use brown butter. You can also experiment with different types of chocolate chips or add nuts for variety.
