Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, ensuring all sides are coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the hot grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, baste the chicken generously with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving whole.
  2. Serve hot with your favorite healthy sides like a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.

Notes
