Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
  3. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
