Ingredients
  

Coleslaw
  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups carrots shredded
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Combine & Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
  2. Toss thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, let the coleslaw chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to deepen and the cabbage to soften slightly.
