  • 1/4 cup Butter

Preparation
  1. Measure Chex cereal into a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter; microwave for 1 minute, then stir.
  3. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal, stirring gently until all pieces are evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag, add powdered sugar, and shake until thoroughly coated.
