Preparation
  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked chicken. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
