Method
 

Deviled Eggs
  1. Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then cover and let sit for 10-12 minutes off heat.
  2. Transfer cooked eggs to an ice bath, then peel once cooled completely.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a small bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika before serving.

Notes

For easy peeling, ensure eggs are not super fresh. Adding a pinch of baking soda to the boiling water can also help. For an extra creamy filling, press the yolks through a fine-mesh sieve.
