  • 12 oz Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Green onions, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly and the noodles are heated through.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add some cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu to the noodles. Adjust the amount of hoisin and soy sauce to your taste preferences.
