- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, chicken broth, honey, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Bring to a simmer.

- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
