  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, chicken broth, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Pour the balsamic mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
