- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cabbage into 1/2-inch thick slices, creating "steaks."
- Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned cabbage steaks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are nicely browned and tender-crisp.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with garlic powder or paprika before roasting. You can also finish with a squeeze of lemon juice after roasting.
