Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Combine sugar and milk in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Cooking
  1. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes without stirring.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, butter, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and combined.
Finishing
  1. Pour the hot fudge into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
