Preparation
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips; toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and fajita seasoning, then marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook sliced bell peppers and onion for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp before removing them.
- Add the marinated beef to the hot skillet, cooking in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the beef and toss to combine, then warm tortillas according to package instructions.

- Serve the beef and vegetable mixture immediately with warm tortillas and your preferred toppings such as salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Notes
